West Side Story has won 10 Academy Awards, two Tony Awards, two Grammy’s and the acclaim of generations. Based on Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, West Side Story places the star crossed lovers on the streets of New York as rival gangs defend their turf and their honor.
The creative team that brought you last year’s Thoroughly Modern Millie returns to create the energy and excitement that is unique to Summer Stage’s Mainstage productions.
